It wasn't very nice of the fish guy to look at you cross-eyed. Ha!
Tuna is a fine substitution, Tom. Depending on how you like your fish, just make sure you don't over cook it, as it will be tough. (The same is true for swordfish.) Don't forget that the Balsamic Vinegar is your best friend (for drizzling on the fish while it broils and even using as a "dip" while eating it).
By the way, when swordfish isn't available at my market, I usually substitute salmon. But tuna will work fine.
