Yes, the food list on page 49 is the complete food list for the actual Just Stop! Eating Plan. I find that with too many foods and too many options, we tend to make mistakes as dieters. There's been more success with "tough love" than with having "just a little" ice cream or other types of foods that don't necessarily belong on a dieters plate.
Remember, you're re-training your eating habits. And that starts with natural, un-processed (and yes, even limited) options. It's about making a choice -- and a commitment -- to your health and a new, happier way of life.
