I noticed on your diets plan for breakfast there is no protein and no milk allowed. Can you tell me why. Also only certain foods are allowed. what about legumes or soy milk or almond butter, olive oil is a healthly oil. I eat only healthy organic foods but your list is so limted. it sound good to me and I have only 20 pds to go and lost 40. Thank-you for the book.
