Do you have electronic versions of the forms you provide in your book? I would like to be able to print them instead of making copies that do not look the best.
Also, can you switch up the cooking methods in the meal options? i.e. Can you grill the meats on a charcoal or electric grill instead of broiling? Why did you choose broiling for most of them?
