Great question, Susan! Room temperature water is easier on your stomach and, therefore, often easier to digest. If you prefer cold water, that's fine, too. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of it. Personally, I drink different temperatures of water and even mix in flat water vs. sparkling water. It's all about variety. But as dieters, we MUST drink more water to enable our bodies to naturally flush our fat cells, not to mention naturally rid our body of stored toxins. Happy drinking, young lady!
