Thanks for your help! I took both ideas & put them together. I asked for plain angel cake & a fresh fruit platter (strawberries, blueberries, & pineapple). People could have "cake" if they wanted, but if they just wanted fruit, they could do that too. I'm happy to report the office vacuumed almost everything up & there was very little left over! Many commented on how delicious & refreshing the pineapple especially was. It was a hit! Thanks, Gregg
