That's the kind of excitement I like to see (read), Tim! Changing your life doesn't have to be something you dread or wish you didn't have to do. Getting healthy and looking great is something worth getting excited about. I hope you'll keep me -- and all of us in the Just Stop! Community -- posted on your efforts and your success.
