Gregg I love the program and book. A friend of mine has been on your program for some time and recommended it to me. By the way she looks great she loss all the weight she gained after having her two kids. I have been at it for about a month and aim to do the same. I am working up to jogging and I currently walk and we have made it kind of a family thing. We go walking in the evening. Is there any other fitness idea's you may have for family’s to do together? Your program is the first one my husband has not avoided like the plague, and he is kind of getting into the program also with out knowing it as he and the kids like the meals you have in your book. ![]()
