Posted by Gregg There are also other new diet pills out there – including Acomplia (currently available in Canada and Europe, but not FDA-approved here in the USA). Acomplia reportedly blocks appetite but can also adversely affect mood and even encourage depression because it’s said to literally block the “pleasure principle” in our bodies. With side effects like the above, who needs diet pills? Not me. And not you. Plus, even if pills offer a temporary fix, medical studies show that the weight comes right back on the moment the pills are no longer taken. Why alter our natural metabolism? There’s no reason. Diet pills can adversely affect your body and even your mental state. Instead, I encourage the *real* way to weight loss success (and total overall health): PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE. The more we look for answers in pills and fads (and even surgeries), the fatter – and less healthy – we get! So join with me in “Just Stop Eating So Much!” and also proper exercise, sleep and other success strategies outlined in my book and program. Sincerely,

Some of you might know that a new diet pill is on the market – Alli, which, when you take it with each meal is reported to reduce the amount of fat you absorb. Of course, there are major side effects. The makers even go so far as to recommend wearing dark underwear.
