I don't think Ian slept around with anyone, one thing being all the medication he was on would've made it a bit.. difficult lol, and he doesn't seem like the type who would. I think he was with Annik because she understood him in a different way, and because he realized he wasn't ready for a family and that he married too young. I don't think it had to do with "cheating".
But if any girls did get to sleep with him, you lucky ####ing cunts!!
