If Curtis was deeply in love with Honore he'd have left his wife, set up home with her and arranged to see Natalie Curtis regularly. In deed his wife was leaving him so he didn't have to leave her. To me nothing says I don't want to be with a woman more than choosing suicide over setting up home with her. If he loved Honore she'd have been a reason to live and yeah his suicide note did read he hated her. I think it's wrong not to go by a suicide note. If a child committed suicide and left a note saying they were being bullied or sexually abused by an uncle would you just dismiss that suicide note too?
If a person's gonna tell it like it is it will be in a suicide note.
