I hear you. It's so hard because it is easier to comprehend physical ailments, but pysche ones, are a different matter, there's still such red tape all around mentla health problems, such stigma which is hard to shake, I've lived with depression for a long time and continue to struggle with it, at the end of the day, you can only really help yourself out of a hole ultiamtely, but clinging to good select people who see you for the rounded individual and not just the health problemsand oh my god, i can't deal with this!, that's vital, I believe. And listneing to music. Music is my saviour anyway.
