Is one of your unknown fears paranoia? Expressions such as "The usual stuff people say" is a generalisation. Your post would sound less self-absorbed without you having said that. Tony Wilson is reported to be suffering from cancer. So soon there may be one less person who is driving you towards suicide. I wish you well.
