Residents need to be aware that there was another attempted attack on a male resident this evening (Monday 17th October). Three Asian youths, one of whom had a knife, intercepted the resident on the corner of the green next to the Barnet Grove and Quilter Street junction. The resident managed to get away and into a neighbour's house. The police were called and arrived within minutes. They promised to patrol the area for the next few hours.
