Our car was broken into sometime last week. It's a very undesirable, scratched and dented, 9 year old Vauxhall Corsa that was parked on Quilter Street, on the side by the green. A crowbar or something similar was used to bend the top of the driver's door away from the frame, allowing someone to reach in and unlock the door. The wannabe thief searched in vain for something worth stealing, but seems to have left emptyhanded (our old cassettes and battered maps were clearly not appealing enough!)
