couldn't agree more. same thing happened with my cheque book. it was stolen and used to the value of £7000 - the bank said to me "are you sure you havn't bought a car or something in the last 2 week" !!!! i had to be physically moved from the counter!!! (all ok now and got money back)
Then last week i was walking down the street next to the String Ray when i saw a postmans bag with letters strooned all over the floor. I called Bethnal Green police station from my mobile which took all of 15 minutes to get through to. THEN the post man turned up round the corner !!! he'd just left his bag in the middle of the pavement while he went round the flats posting letter. NO WONDER OUR MAIL IS GETTING NICKED !!!!! - may have to bring this all up at a future meeting
