Posted by Elaine and Rob We have now stopped sending cards and anything relating to our finances by ordinary mail as we cannot guarantee that it will arrive. Unfortunately, we have also had to inform family not to send us anything through the mail too . Maybe it is worth surveying residents to ascertain the extent of the problem.

Did you complain to the Post Office? If you did, what was their response? We have complained at the collection office off Hackney Road when we have had problems with the delivery of parcels, but found the manger was somewhat ambivalent and didn't really listen when we outlined our concerns.
