Posted by Rachel Clark The proposals include making a part of Gosset Street one way. We believe that this will effectively make it impossible to get into the Jesus Green estate from the Bethnal Green Road, the Old Bethnal Green Road or from the East side of the Hackney Road. This will be significantly inconvenient for all of us. The Council are asking for comments by 23rd December. If you agree that this is a problem then can I encourage everybody to write to the Council to express their opposition to that part of the proposal.

You may have seen the Council's proposed road scheme in response to the introduction of congestion charges.
