Hi there - thanks for those suggestions. In fact my husband and I have also spoken to these youths on numerous occasions with varying results. I agree though that the more residents there are willing to take some form of remedial action (however gentle) the more likely this problem is to fade away of its own accord. Good to know we're not the only ones with ears on this street!
