I am looking for a room to rent in the Jesus Green area. Please let me know if you would consider renting your house as a house share. I am currently staying with friends in Quilter Street. I would only be able to rent as part of a house share and do not know any other sharers at present.
You may have met me at the Summer Fete (I was face painting). I am 32, a non-smoker, clean, tidy & a considerate tenant.
