Crowds of approx 30 youths concregating on Tillet Way, corner of Barnet Grove and Wellington Row, tipping cars over, urinating everywhere, throwing rubbish, being very loud, very abusive to passers by and residents, throwing footballs at residents, jumping on cars, blocking the road off with their own cars, sitting on peoples window seals talking on their mobile phones, hanging around till midnight most nights even later keeping residents awake and lots of other disruptive behaviour. Just being very intimidating and disrespectfull. Most residents think they are not even from Tillet Way, Barnet Grove, Wellington Row or any other part of the Jesus Green, possibly from another Estate in E2 OR even E1!
