I'm looking to rent a room in the area, either as a lodger or in a house share. I'm 32, and a non-smoker. I used to work in publishing, just retrained as a teacher (secondary - Spanish, French). I'm into being outside - go running, sailing, walking, cycling. I'd be a considerate house mate - am easy going, good at keeping communal spaces tidy. I have a week established set of friends in London so am out and about at weekends - i.e I wouldn't be hanging about all of the time. I tend to come in from work on weekdays and do lesson preparation, planning but enjoy having an glass of wine and watching the odd bit of TV or listening to radio at the end of the evening. I need to find somewhere available any time from now to mid August.
