John, just to let you and your wife know that you are not alone! I too have to negotiate my buggy around bin bags on the pavement in Ezra Street and each time I do it I get really fed up. I wonder how elderly people or wheelchair users feel about this. This selfish disregard for other members of the community really gets my goat.
