Glad you enjoyed Emma. Your husband has great taste in music! I cut my teeth on the '90 Domingo/Cotrubas La Traviata recording, so tell your husband it's ok for him to like Emma. 
What did you enjoy the most about the show? I saw the semi-staged version while it was still in development at TheatreWorks and then saw the first fully staged production. I love how Paul was able to pull out the humor from the source text and include it in the musical narrative.
