english, I know this isn't a laughing matter.....your title made me crack up.
It's ridiculous that The Old Globe KNEW about his past when he was hired, as disclosure of the conviction is a requirement on his part, but this radio host's input seems to have caused his leaving.
I don't pay my $$$ to see JB in a show because I'm holding him up as a moral icon, because that isn't what he's selling me. He's selling me a good performance and he always delivers.
His faults are a matter of public record. Should we then require a rap sheet or list of faults for every performer we see?
He broke the law, he's served his time.
