I saw both "Billy Elliot" and 'In The Heights" and thought they were both wonderful. The audiences at both shows seemed to agree with me. I've never heard more positive comments than after "Billy." Both shows, though completely different on the surface, really know how to tug at the heartstrings. Easy to understand why they both won the Tony for Best Musical.
"Next To Normal" will be at the top of my list of shows to see on my next trip to NYC. I have the OBC CD and am enjoying it tremendously. I'll probably wait until Aaron Tveit returns to the show in the fall before getting tickets.
