I am also checking out The Newton on the upper westside. (Love "You've Got Mail"!!) The price is rightm abd it has a subway stop right beside it that will get me to midtown in about 10 minutes. I'll let you know it the solo trip happens. Jenny, are you up for a meet and greet with me?
