Yesterday I turned 44, and yes, it's great to share a birthday with Charlotte Bronte AND Queen Elizabeth, but that's not why I'm posting.
Last year, a dear friend from high school days died after a hard fight against cancer. She left two sweet daughters and a great husband behind. Her death makes me even more grateful for each year God grants.
I proudly tell people my age because each year is a gift! Don't mourn the passage of time; wring the blessings out of each minute. How wonderful to be alive, well, and happy...
