Hmmm, tough question.
If we're going on looks of the actors, Edward Ferrars. Even if him being handsome is very much not in line with the book.
As far as Austen's actual men, I'll have to call a tie between Darcy and Colonel Brandon. Although I'm also a big fan of Henry Tilney.
That's definitely more than one man. I'll need to work on narrowing this down
