Since I have no machinist background, and to respond to your inquiry, I took a screw out of the sleeve on one of my No.30 drivers and measured it with the help of my Harbor Freight digital calipers(highly recommended at $9.99, on sale)a thread gauge and a drill index to get the closest fractional measurement. Oh, and to make matters more interesting, as I was replacing the screw I dropped it and it fell under my workbench. I couldn't find it anywhere last night so I'll be spending some time today with a magnet and flashlight trying to find it. LOL, Dave

: Dave,
: Thank you. I figured it was a long shot.
: Just out of curiosity, how did you figure
: out all the dimensions?

: Roger, I'm not sure that you'll find one at
: the hardware store unless you've got one
: that specializes in oddball sizes. It's a
: cheese head screw. The overall length is
: 7/32 in. The diameter is .117 in. or approx
: 7/64 in. Thread size is 34tpi. I hope that
: helps but honestly I think you'll be better
: off finding a junker and stealing a screw
: from it. Dave

: Does anyone know the size of the sleeve
: screw
: on "YANKKEE" screwdrivers? I
: picked one up on Ebay that is missing the
: screw. I checked the hardware store but
: couldn't find a match.
