Be careful when you take it apart. There is also a couple of little brass clips or springs similar to the pawls that go on either the inside or outside of the pawls, I'm not sure. Also not sure what they are for.
Thanks for the update on Joe's email. I did find a used copy on Amazon though.

: Hi Roger.
:
: I will defer to Dave on this as I have never
: owned or used a No. 20-2 Spiral Ratchet
: Screwdriver.
:
: A little background: This was a modification
: of the No. 30 Spiral Ratchet Screwdriver and
: was intended for driving screws only. It is
: covered on page 31 of Joe Ward's "North
: Brothers' Manufacturing Company Product
: Guide" (see the Message Board header).
: It was discontinued by Stanley when they
: bought out North Bros. in 1946.
:
: Detailed dis-assembly/assembly, repair and
: maintenance instructions - accompanied by
: diagrams - for all Yankee spiral ratchet
: screwdrivers can be found on pages 206-209
: of Joe Ward's book.

: about this screwdriver or how to reassemble
: it. Can anyone provide any guidance?
