The reason for my query was because of the 2100/2101 "A" suffix listings by Joseph Ward on pages 113 and 116 of his book (Product Guide) - plus I have seen several 2101A braces offered for sale on e-bay. I also have owned such braces and have photos of them on my web page: http://jp29.org/wwyankee2100.htm.

: James, my only knowledge of the "A"
: suffix comes from a 1929 catalog which
: states that there was an effort to improve
: the No. 30, 31, 130 and 131 by beefing up
: certain parts to make the screwdrivers
: stronger. I'm sorry but I don't have any
: information on the 2101A. Dave
