I'll stop when I no longer receive any satisfaction form the hobby. Right now I enjoy collecting, converting and painting models. My problem is I'm running out of space to display my collection. I have in my study display cases for about half of my 2500 plus models. I'm negotiating with my wife to build a combination bookcases/display cases in our hallway. Wish me luck.
