Who makes it ?

A number of years ago I saw the Isle of Man steamer Ben My Chree IV modelled as a WW2 troopship. The manufacturer also produced various Mersey tugs. My Dad sailed on her from Southampton to Cherbourg in 1940 when she was a troopship, its the only one I need to complete the set of vessels that he sailed on during the war. Can anybody tell me who manufactured her as I would like to purchase one?
