It is a very attractive scheme. The carriers are especially nice -- and will indeed blend into a deep blue background. One wonders why the system wasn't exployed early on -- although I suspect these was a lot of doubt concerning weather subs or planes represented the greater threat. Clearly, MS 21 works fine vs planes -- although my understanding is that sun and sea lessened its effectiveness rather quickly. Still, for a few months it must have a great way to go...
