I am surprized to hear that rejects are being sold with your name attached to them. I don't blame you for being upset, and it is odd that you weren't at least given a head's up. I don't think there is a lot you can do about any of this, but it is bad form. It kind of makes me wonder what happened to the items we rejected! I do not believe, however, that our name was used to sell them -- assuming they were indeed sold. I think Martin will do the right thing and pull your name from the ads. I cannot speak for why your name was applied to the rejects to begin with.
