Hi, yes Hms Javelin & Jervis mod. (late) allowed that after turret were trained astern. Also watch pictures of Hms Urchim and Hms Hardy (V class) (M.J Whitley Destroyers of WWII) and others S/Ca, Ch, Cr. "some" have after turret trained ahead too. Im thinking not for design only was a practices in this "emergency" classes. In J & K not wheather reasons. Tribal have the same guns ... they were trained astern.
