Simply frickin' amazing. The whole state b###hed about driving to Fort Wayne for the last two State Girls Championship games....but for some dumb reason, no one is complaining about driving to Terre Haute.
Now the amazing thing is, no one in Fort Wayne is complaining about driving to TH for these games, and there are 3 schools from FW in the finals. That's FW Bishop Luers, Concordia Lutheran, and Canterbury. Of course, the economics of NE IN are different than the economics of all other cities and schools in IN that had to come to FW the last two years.
FW and Allen County is an economic dynamo in this state. Don't believe it? Just drive on I-69 and look at the growth on both sides of the interstate and compare that to any other city in Indiana. Consquently, the well to do Hoosiers in NE IN have the economic means to get to TH versus economically disadvantaged from anything South of US 40.
