The key to radio (TV, too) is to sell advertising; i.e. the infamous 'commercials'. To sell ads there must be a market for the ads. If I'm the Pepsi guy getting the pitch I won't believe that there is market for ISU in Richmond,IN, or Warsaw, or South Bend, or Evansville. Maybe a market in the greater TH area, that's it.
But then, every reality was once one man's dream.
