Even if the quality is slightly less I could not see staying with a company who made a multitude of customer service errors in such a short period of time. I did file a lengthy report documenting everything for Dish Network in hope they might be able to improve in the future. PLease remember that when I first called I only wanted to simply determine whether I could receive a distant CBS station since the local CBS station was not available. I had not intention to quit the service. I thought it was a fairly simple question but could nto get through to the individuals I spoke with in the Phillipines. The process of trying to obtain an answer was so difficult it was then I decided to call Direct TV. Actually, one person I spoke with said I should call American Direct to find out the answer and she gave me a phone number. When I called that number I got a message that the number was no longer in service. I had had enough!
