This girl can flat out play the game. I followed her career at Center Grove for years because she was so far ahead of any softball player in the Indy area and I would suppose anywhere in the state. I was very proud when she signed a letter to play for ISU because she not only was a great player but a high-quality person to boot. Although her career at Indiana State didn't convert to a total turnaround in wins for women's softball, I am sure it has meant quite a bit to the overall quality of the program and should elevate it's legitimacy for years to come. I am pretty sure this is her final year and she will be missed. Congrats, Darcy!
