Just checked the stats...the ISU pitching staff has two (2) saves this year and he has both.
ERA just under 6...where was it last year, around 8?
Five Sycamores batting over 300...Shoemaker, Ciolli & Lafrenz are an opposing pitcher's "hangman's noose," with .500+ slugging %'s!
If pitching can develop, this squad could do some damage in the MVC tournament.
