One thing that struck me was that he didn't play basketball at all until he got to high school. So, there may be, and I'll bet there is, a tremendous upside when his skill catches up to his size.

I like a kid that, when his team needs a win in the last game of the season to make the playoffs, chips in with a 24 point, 19 rebound, 5 block effort. He did that this last season. To me, that at least says he is a serious competitor. We've been lacking that kind of fire for some time now...
