i am showing high level at 94 %,yet my ferritin is at 48. because my dr. disagrees that the saturation is not an issue only ferritin, should i be concerned. iron is 44 . now my concern stems from heart palpatations as well as i am premenopausal which my dr. says has this symptom affect on women.
