Hello Peggy!
I just found this site...& sent off a rant to the webmaster or whoever about the extreme lack of knowledge/concern about this chronic diaease...My husband was dianosed 3/4 years ago, at first - extreme attention/action & now Mr. Doc. is only looking at this BP (which damnit is like a teenager's opposed to mine!!)
BUT no mention now after the year of "blood letting" & forced into an anemic state.
The only thing that I'm aware of is to eat less meat; and me being Type 1 diabetic, cooking/grocery shopping!! like it was me only. He ain't happy! :-)
Why isnt this condition made more aware of?
