Don't know why I feel the way I do...

I'm a 38 yr. old male with hemo. in maintenace phase. I last donated blood beginning of August 05. I've been taking pretty good care of myself physically/mentally. Blood test results as of today are: Ferritin 19, Saturation 0.54 and Hemoglobin 164. I don't remember the hemoglobin index range, etc. I was surprised my ferritin/Saturation wasn't higher. I Am lethargic, tired, have very stiff joints (discomfort, not pain), and have a'buzzing' feeling in my tissues/body(I know it sounds wierd, but I can't describe it any other way...)I don't think I've felt this way since I began having phlebotomy's in 2002. I'm struggling with putting it together day to day. If anyone has any sincere suggestions/comments I would welcome them.
