I know HH people should not cook with castiron frying pans. What about stainless steel? Should I be concerned about iron leeching from stainless steel into cooked foods too? I currently use second-hand Vision glassware pots & pans and am looking at purchasing a new ceramic top stove. According to the stove manufacturer pamphlet I cannot use glass cookware on a ceramic stovetop. Any ideas?
