I'm hoping that even after 4 yrs, that you might still be around. You made a comment in your post, "The ferritin reading is only a reflection of the iron in storage in the body where it is causing the problems and the iron bound in ferritin in the blood is not available"... so, while i've been sort of skipping over the symptoms for my son, thinking they wouldn't be associated since his ferritin is 67, symptoms could actually be associated since his iron could be high, just elsewhere in his organs?
