HH & RLS

I am a 41 year old woman who has just been diagonosed with HH after 6 years of specialists etc. I also have Restless Leg Syndrome which seems to be getting worse as my ferittin levels have been climbing. Does anyone else have RLS and does anyone know if they are associated? Visited Liver clinic today in Cape Town where they diagonsed me as I also have raised liver enzymes and they seem to think that the RLS and HH are not related. Any advice out there?
