I used to work with a lady who has written books and numerous pamphlets on the subject. Way back in the late 80s and early 90s, I was privileged to sit in on lectures attended by men who felt free to weep, as they learned that they were not alone. I suggest you write to haemchrosa@yahoo.co.uk and discuss your problem with her.
